Pivotal Point, LLC utilizes a continuous methodology that focuses on the evaluation of processes, products and services to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contract requirements. We were awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2016 and the ISO 9001:2015 in 2017. ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard that can be certified. Using ISO 9001:2015 we have established production quality control processes and measures, conduct daily reviews of individual performance to ensure compliance with contractual specifications. Our Quality Management System includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Identifying requirements,
  • Identifying processes,
  • Implementing structure and processes,
  • Measuring and reporting compliance, and
  • Monitoring continuous improvement.

Pivotal Point’s quality control mechanisms are placed at multiple levels of project oversight to provide a layered approach that reinforces quality standards and generates higher quality results. At the program level, Pivotal Point corporate leaders maintain overall accountability for contract performance. As a small business, our front-line team is able to meet weekly with individual project managers to review quality and discuss potential issues. If issues arise, they work collaboratively with the project manager to address issues. Our project managers develop and maintain project quality control plans as well as implementing, measuring and reporting client-driven and company-generated performance measures. Further, they conduct quality audits on periodic basis to ensure compliance. Should any quality issues arise, our project managers communicate these issues to the VP/Program Manager and develop mitigation plans/reports to address any deficiencies.
