She is a member of several industry associations such as the Air Force Command and Control, Communications, and Computers (AFC4A), AFCEA International, the Women’s Procurement Circle, the Women Veterans Business Coalition, the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce.

Pairin Lancaster, our Vice President, has over 30 years of operations, management and Human Resources experiences. She has been a driving force at Pivotal Point since joining in 2015. Her expertise spans various critical areas: Human Resources, Materials Acquisition and Inventory, Quality Assurance, and Facility Clearance Administration and Management.

Pairin has over 20 years of experience in hospitality management and event coordination. She previously served as the Director of Conferences and Catering at the prestigious Ponte Vedra Inn & Club/Lodge & Club in Ponte Vedra, Florida—both AAA 5 and 4 Diamond resorts. She is a Certified Planning Professional and she oversees all event management services provided by Pivotal Point, LLC.

Pairin directs, manages, and coordinates all Pivotal Point’s Human Resources activities. From payroll to staffing, hiring, and training, her meticulous attention to detail ensures smooth operations across the organization. Her leadership, dedication, and wealth of knowledge continue to propel our organization forward.
