Demarius (Ed) Williams
Operations Manager, Client Services Division
Demarius (Ed) Williams joined Pivotal Point in 2020 and manages the company’s Client Services Division efforts. He brings 25 years of professional management, organizational and maintenance experience in the telecom industry working with both Federal Government and Commercial.
Before joining Pivotal Point LCC, he worked for government agencies such as The Department of Transportation Federal Highways, NASA (Langley research facility) as well as Corporate firms such as Windstream Communications, Verizon and Genesys Conferencing. He worked at MCI Worldcom as a Video Conferencing helpdesk engineer handling all Asia Pacific Conference connections and managing network operations.
He has worked with every form of telecommunication transport mechanism from POTS (plain old telephone), all the way up to and including OC192 fiber optic cabling. He brings his professional expertise experience managing network operations, assessing company needs, expert in problem solving and implementing preventative maintenance programs; and training service technicians.
Mr. Williams studied communications with a concentration in Aeronautical Science where he received his CFII (certified flight instructor level II) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
Ed proudly served in the United States Marine Corp for 4 years as a Security Force Guard and enlisted during Dessert Storm.
Ed’s hobbies include flying & hang gliding. He also devotes his spare time volunteering with various community organizations. Ed is an avid drummer and headlines as the lead singer in his band.
