VP of Event Management Services

Pairin has over 20 years experience in hospitality management, event management, staff management, recruiting, and human resources experience. She holds as Associate of Arts from Thomas Nelson Community College and attended Old Dominion University. She is a Certified Planning Professional and is responsible for all even management services provided by Pivotal Point, LLC.

Pairin directs, manages and coordinates all of Pivotal Point’s HR activities and is critical to all payroll, staffing, hiring, and training activities.

She came to Pivotal Point in 2015, after a successful career as the Director of Conferences and Catering for the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club/ Lodge & Club in Ponte Vedra, Florida, AAA 5 and 4 Diamond resorts.
