Najwa Lucre

IT and Media Content Manager

Najwa Lucre joined Pivotal Point in 2019 and manages the Information Technology (IT) and Media Content division.  She provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and administration of the information technology environment throughout the organization.

The primary responsibilities for her office encompass a wide variety of strategic technology issues, including but not limited to: support for all research and technology, delivery of IT infrastructure and services, information administrative systems, and client support services.  Najwa represents the organization’s information technology interests by affiliating with several regional and national organizations.

Prior to joining Pivotal Point LLC, Najwa spent 15 years in Office of Information Technology role, as a Management and Program Analyst in the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agency, Department of Treasury, in the United States Executive Branch.  Most recently, she worked in the Office of Information Technology, as a SharePoint Migration Specialist in the Veteran Administration (VA), also part of the United States Executive Branch.

She holds a BS in Computer Science / Network Management and Communications and multiple information technology related certificates, that are kept up-to-date.

She is a proud mother of a bubbly 1-yr old, named Manual Rain;  hobbies include reading, movies, family time, and playdates.  She devotes her spare time volunteering with various Black and Hispanic community organizations, as a multiracial woman, she is an advocate giving English as a second language (ESL) classes to Hispanic immigrant families in need.
